<br />A replution approving for record purposes only, the proposed 5ubdivision known as
<br />Rose;Tree Subdivision No. 2, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Resollution No. 63-68 was introduced by Mr. Christman and given its first reading only.
<br />A res,olution accepting the improvement plans for Rose Tree Subdivision No. 2, and
<br />declaring an emergency.
<br />Resolution No. 63-69 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. A resolution authorizing the
<br />Safet.y Director to advertise for bids for an ambulance, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put
<br />on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leona;rd, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was

<br />Director of Public Service to advertise for° bids for three hundred tons of T-35
<br />asphalt, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr.
<br />Leonard, that the statutory rule be suspencled and the resolution be read immediatety
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, L.eonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van
<br />Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read t:he second and third times and put upon its

<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 232-4-33,
<br />being:an assessment for water line construr_tion. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded
<br />by Mr: O'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill,
<br />Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was re-ad the second and third times and put upon

<br />priming, centifugal, solids handling, portable pump, and declaring an emergency. It
<br />waS moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspended
