<br />Resolution No. 63-74 was intraduced by Mr. Caster. A res lutiom authorizing the
<br />Director of Public ServiGe to advertise for bids for one/??Brl?Png power roller
<br />and trailer, and dectaring an emergency. Ilt was lnoved by Mr. Caster, seconded by
<br />Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on

<br />Mr. Christman mvved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation establishing sewer ratie for Park Ridge Subdivision the same as
<br />the rate established for Forest Ridge. "Ye,as" Caster, Christman, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />O'Neill, Van Zandt. "Nay" Leonard.
<br />Mr. Leonard requested the Law Director to submit a legal opinion as to whether
<br />establishing rates for Park Ridge the same as Forest Ridge is tegal.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation accepting the improvement plans for Tree Lane Subdivision
<br />No. 2. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the Law Director be directed
<br />to prepare legislation authorizing the Service Director to have plans and specifications
<br />for sidewalks as per the recommendation of the Public Development and Service Committee.

<br />Mr. Christman advised that if anyone had a request for sidewalk, this request
<br />should be submit`ted to his committee as soon as possible.
<br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. Christrcuan, that the Clerk be directed to send
<br />a thank you letttr to Dhio Bell Telephone Company for the Open House attended by

<br />The Service Director requested Council's copinion on charging a sewer rate to Parkview
<br />for thekwb houses that are now connected t:o the sewer system. This matter was
<br />referred to theā¢Public Developmentiand S'srvice Committee.
<br />Mr. Caster moved; seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislati`on authorizing the Servic.e Director to advertise for bids for
<br />two 22 ton dump trucks. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,

<br />have the City Engineer make a study qf thE; drainage in the Florence Rd. area. "yeas"
