This plat and request were <br />turned over to the City Plannsng Committee. <br />Mr. Van Zandt9 chairmara of the Legislative Committee, advised that the committee <br />had met to discuss Ordinance No. 62-173 with the Building Commissioner,l4mXmember;g <br />of the Planning Commoesion; and members of the Board of Building Code Appeals. <br />Mr. Casteo-, chai rmara of the I ndustri al Development Commi ttee, advi sed that the <br />committee recommends thet legeslation be prepared to exclude residences in the <br />I ndustri al aa°ea, <br />Mr. Caster requested that a letter be sent to the Planning Commission requesting <br />them to pro¢eed with a rough plat of the area layout for street and lot arrangement <br />only of the Industrial au°ea on the south side of Lorain Road. <br />Mr. Caster, chairman of the Firaance Gomnittee, recommended that the apprbpriation <br />ordinance to be presented be passed. <br />Mr. Christman, chairmara of the Public Development and Service Committee, reported <br />on a meeting with the repo°esentatives of Floyd Browne & Associates and the City <br />Engineer concercaing the adequacy of the sanitary sewer in the area where changes in zoning <br />have been proposed and ad'vssed that the committee's recommendations on the zoning <br />changes will be given at the next councel meeting. <br />Mr. Christman o°ecommended that the resolution of intent to cooperate with Westlake <br />and Bay Vi l lage i ra sralva ng common storm water drai nage problems be passed. <br />Mr. Christman advmsed that t.he committee recommends that no charge be made at this <br />time to Parkview for the two connecteons using the sewer system. <br />Mr. Christman requested tlhat the Engineer study the culvert problem under Beech Lane <br />as to the possi bs 1 o ty of Enlarging i t o <br />Mr. Leonard, chai a°man of the SVVimmi ng Pool Commi ttee, adJi sed that the commi ttee had <br />been advised by the Law Director that the Pt.anning Commission must officiallyrecommend <br />a site for aswimming pool and that plans and specifications must be prepared and on <br />file before advertesing for blds for a swimming pool. <br />
