<br />Ordinance No. 62m224 was given its third and finai readpng. An ordinance amendinq the
<br />Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 known as the Zoning Ordinance of rFie
<br />City of North Olmsted, by c.haryging the designation thereon of certain land hereinafter
<br />descr9bed by metes and bounds from ats present designation thereon as Class C Residence
<br />District to that of Muitiple Res;dence District. It was maved by Mr. Gaster, seconded
<br />by Mr. Van Zandt, that the ordinanc.e be adapted as read. The affirmative vore thereon
<br />was as fo11o-ws: Caster, Chrisi:man, i.eanard, Limpert, hiarigani, 0'New l i, ifan Zarrodc.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that ftesolutions No. 63-58, 63-59 and
<br />63-60 be tabled until the improvement plans are approved. "Yeas" Caster9 Christman,

<br />Ordinance No. 63-75 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance amending Codified
<br />Ordinanc.e No. 1321.01 specifying general building fees and governing contractor
<br />registration, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by
<br />Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its pas>sage. The affirmative vote,on said motion
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, l.imp,ert, Mangani, OiNeill, Van Zandt. Mr.?-Van
<br />Zandt moved, secor?ded by Me. Leonar.d., that the,ordinance be read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirrnative vote thereon was as follows: Caster,
