An ordinance amendinq the <br />Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 known as the Zoning Ordinance of rFie <br />City of North Olmsted, by c.haryging the designation thereon of certain land hereinafter <br />descr9bed by metes and bounds from ats present designation thereon as Class C Residence <br />District to that of Muitiple Res;dence District. It was maved by Mr. Gaster, seconded <br />by Mr. Van Zandt, that the ordinanc.e be adapted as read. An ordinance amending Codified <br />Ordinanc.e No. 1321.01 specifying general building fees and governing contractor <br />registration, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by <br />Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately <br />the second and third times and put on its pas>sage.
