An ardinance authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the City of Westlake, Oh+o, for the mutual <br />exchange of Police Services, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance to make appropriations <br />for cureent expenses and other expenditures forthe City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during <br />the year 1963 and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by <br />Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately <br />the second and third times and put on its passage. A resolution expressing the <br />intention of the City of North Olmsted to cooperate with the Cities of Westlake and <br />Bay Village in solving common storm water drainage probems, and declaring an emergency. <br />It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory rule be <br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put <br />on its passage.
