<br />Resolution Na, 63-78 was introduced by Mr. iD'Neill and given its first reading only.
<br />A resolution eccepting the improvement plans for Tree Lane Subdivision No. 2,
<br />and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-79 was introduced by Mr, Limpert. An ardinance authorizing the
<br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the City of Westlake, Oh+o, for the mutual
<br />exchange of Police Services, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Limpert, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second anci third times and put on its passage.

<br />the Director mf Public 5er-vic.e to advertise for bids for two 2-1/2 ton dwnp trucks
<br />for use in the SeYVice Department of the Cit:y, and declaring an emergency. iL was
<br />moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the resoilution be read immediately the ssecond and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zanclt. Thereupon the resolution was read
<br />the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote

<br />Ordinance No. 63-81 was introduced by Mr. 0'Neill. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessiments on permanent parcel No. 231-5-32
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers,
<br />and declaring an emergency.- It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the: ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The: affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon
<br />the rordinance was read the second and thirdl times and put upon 1ts passage and the

<br />Ordinance No. 63-82 was introduced by Mr, Caster. An ordinance to make appropriations
<br />for cureent expenses and other expenditures forthe City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during
<br />the year 1963 and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by
<br />Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage

<br />Resolution No. 63-83 was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution expressing the
<br />intention of the City of North Olmsted to cooperate with the Cities of Westlake and
<br />Bay Village in solving common storm water drainage probems, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put
<br />on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read the
