A resolution requesting the <br />Direetor of Public Service to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans, specifications, <br />?y and cost estimates for the installation of sidewalks on Sundry streets, and declaring <br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, se¢onded by Mr. Limpert, that the <br />statutory rul;e be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and <br />third times o,nd put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motlon was as follows: <br />Caster, Chris;tman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the <br />resolution was read the second and third times and put upon ixs passage and the <br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Casiter, Christman, Leonard, limpert, Mangani, <br />O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Ordinance No. 63-85 was introduced by Mr. Chiristman and given its first reading only. <br />An ordinance establishing sanitary sewage raltes for residents of Park Ridge Homes <br />Subdivision, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 63-86 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. A resolution authorizing the <br />Director of Public Service to direct the Engineer to draw plens, specifications <br />and to prepare cost estimates for a swimming pool, and declaring an emergency. It was <br />moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. Manganii, that the statutory rule be suspended <br />and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. <br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, <br />O'Neill, Van Zandt. "Nay" Christman. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, <br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the Planning Commission not only <br />investigate the specific area mentioned in the above motion but consider other <br />possible areas for a swimming pool and suggeyted that the Commission contact the <br />Recreation Commission and other civic organizations for their thoughts on this <br />subject.
