APRIL 16, 1963 - PAGE 2 <br />Mr. Mangani reported on the meeting of the Cammittes of Council as a whole <br />concerning the Publie Hearing held for the Zon;ng Qrdfnance Amendments. <br />Mr. Mangani, chairman of the City Planning Committee, advised that the committee <br />recommends the reeoning of the Par 3 prc>psrty to Multiple Residence as <br />recommended by the Planning Commission. <br />The Mayor read a letter from H.L.1-6stev,4527 Ganterbury Rd., requesting that <br />no changes be made in zoning of the arezi. <br />The President of Council requested the l.aw Dtrector to advise the proper <br />procedure for'Council in the request cf the Board of Zoning Appeals dated <br />April 2, 1963'requesting Council to dete;rmine if the application for the <br />Double D. Auto Ranch, Inc. to locate offices and showroom for a Used Car <br />Sales and Minor Repair of Used Car 8usir?ess at 23443 Lorain Rd, shauld be <br />granted. <br />The Law Director advised that this matter cannot come before Council until <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals makes a dgfinite decisipn and then Council may, <br />at their request, consider the case and affirm, modify or reverse their <br />decision as spscified in the Zoning Ordi'nance, Sections 1173.02(g); 1133.11 <br />and 1133.14. <br />The Clerk was instructed to advise the Eioard of Zoning Appeals of the Law <br />Director's ruling. <br />Ordinance No. 62-203 was given its thirci and final reading. An ordinance <br />amending the Zone Map adopted as part o1= Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as <br />? the Zoning prdinance of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation <br />thereon of certain land hereinafter described by metes and bounds (and <br />otherwise known as the s4utherly portfon of Rose Tree Subdivision Parcel <br />near the nortHwest corner af the intersiaction of Clague Road and Lorain <br />Road) from its.present designation theri.on of C1ass C Residence District <br />to that of Two Family Rpslden4eDistrlct, it was rnoved by Mr. Mdngani, <br />seconded by Mr. Christman, that the ordinance be adqpted as read. The <br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Casker, Christman, leonard, <br />Limpert,, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Qrdinance No. 62-204 was given its thirgJ and fipal readfng. Mr. Mangani <br />moved, secanded by Mr. 0'Neill, that this ordinance be adopted as read. <br />Mr. Christman moved, secQnded by Mr, Limpert, that Ordinancs No. 62-204,Sec. <br />be amended to read as follows and be referred back to the Planning Commission <br />for their approval: <br />"'Thence, South 51° 23' 08" West along the centerline of Lorain Road <br />a distance of 243.71 feet to a poiint; <br />Thence, North 380 43' 06" West a'd1st8hce-Qf'58Q;08 f6et to a po-cdt <br />and.xhe„priocip'l'$.place of beginning. <br />Thence, South 510 23' 08" West parallel to the centerline of Lprain <br />Road a distance of 525.87 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 1° 12' 57" West a distance of 110.24 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 35° 02' 09" East a distance of 369.27 feet to a point; <br />Thence, North 210 02' 13" East a distanee of 120.73 feet to a point; <br />?
