<br />Ordinance No. 62-205 was given its third and final reading. An ordinance
<br />amending ths Zone Map adopted as part of Urdinance No. 62-33 (known as the
<br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation
<br />thereon of Fertain land hereinafter described by metes and bounds (and
<br />otherwise known as part of the Rose Tree Subdivision Parcel) from its
<br />present designation thereon of Cless C Residence District to that of
<br />Multiple Residence District. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seGOnded by Mr.
<br />Leonard, that the ordinance be adqpted as read. The affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van
<br />Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 63-58 Was given its third and final reading. A resolution
<br />accepting the water main easement in proposed North Oxford Oval, South
<br />Oxford Oval, East Oxford Oval, West Oxford Oval in Blossom Land Corporatirn's
<br />Walter Maple Subdivision. It was moved by Mr, Christman, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster, that the resolution be adopted as read. The affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Ceonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill,
<br />Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No-. 63-60 was given its third ano final reading. A resolution
<br />accepting the water main easement in propo$ed Fairlawn Drive in Deerfield
<br />Estates-.y;lnc.' Rose Tree Subdivision No. 2. It was moved by Mr. Caster,
<br />seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the resolution be adopted as read. The
<br />affirmative vote fihereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Llmpert,
<br />Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Resotution No. 63-66 was given its third and final reading. A resolution
<br />accepting the improvement plans for Walter-Maple Subdtvision, and declaring
<br />an emergen4y. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr, Mangani, that
<br />the resolution be adopted as read. The; affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No: 63-67 was given its third and final reading. A resolution
<br />approving, for record purposes only, the propo$ed Subdivision known as
<br />Rose Tree Subdivision No. 2, and declaring an emergency. lt was moved by
<br />Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the resolution be adopted as
<br />read. The affirmative vote thereon wag as foltows: Caster, Christman,
