A resolution authorizing <br />the Director qf Service to direct the Engineer to make a study of the <br />drainage prob]em caused by the inadequate culve?rt under Beech Lane, and <br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. <br />Christman, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolutioo be read <br />immediately the second and third time5 and put on its passage. An ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel <br />No. 237-5-12 being an asse$sment for preparation of plans and specifications <br />for sanitary gewers, and declaring an e:mergency. It was mqved by Mr. Christman, <br />seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statut.ory rule bp suspsnded and the <br />ordinance be read immediately the secoind and third times and put on itS <br />passage.
