<br />Resolution No. 63-89 was introduced by Mr. 0'Ne.iil. A resolution authorizing
<br />the Director qf Service to direct the Engineer to make a study of the
<br />drainage prob]em caused by the inadequate culve?rt under Beech Lane, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr.
<br />Christman, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolutioo be read
<br />immediately the second and third time5 and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as followsa Caster-5 Christman, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resalution was rsad the second

<br />the intention of Council and the Administration to caoperate in every way
<br />with the development of the land heretafore zoned for L'imited Industry, It
<br />was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the resolution be
<br />adopted as read. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Uan Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63=91 was introduced by Nlr. 0'Neili. An ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel
<br />No. 237-5-12 being an asse$sment for preparation of plans and specifications
<br />for sanitary gewers, and declaring an e:mergency. It was moved bX Mr. Q'Neill,
<br />seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard,

<br />Floyd Browne & Associates to furnish reports of the actual total cost of the
<br />construction of the lateral sanitary sewers installed under contracts Nos.
<br />4, 4A, 5, 6 and 8, and declaring an emiargency. It was mqved by Mr. Christman,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statut.ory rule bp suspsnded and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the secoind and third times and put on itS
<br />passage. The affiirmative vote an said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman,
