<br />Mr. Mangani reported on the meeting of the City Planning Committee held April 30, 1963
<br />amd advised that the committee recommends the following:
<br />1. Approval of the request from Park Ridge Subdivision to add
<br />2 sublots to their development.
<br />2. Acceptance for record purposes only the Rose Tree Subdivision
<br />No. 1.
<br />3. Acceptance of the preliminiary plat for Deerfield No. 3.
<br />4. The height limitations in the Zoning Ordinance be raised
<br />f rom 50 f,#eet to 100 f eet: and that he P tann i ng Comm i ss i on be

<br />and that the plans for Hiqh Rise Development made by the
<br />Nudleman Development Co. and S. DiBenedetto be considered when
<br />locations are determined.
<br />Ordiance No. 62-204 was given its third and final reading. An ordinance amending
<br />the Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Ordinance
<br />of the City of North Olmsted) by changing thE; designation thereon of certain
<br />land hereinafter described by metes and bounds (and otherwise known as a parcel
<br />of land between the southerly line of Rose Ti-ee Subdivision and the northerly
<br />limits of the General Retail Business Distric;t on the Northerly line of Lorain
<br />Road near the northwest corner of the intersection of Clague Road and Lorain
<br />Road) from its present designation thereon o1= Class C. Residence District to that
<br />of Multiple Residence District. It was moveci by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster, that the ordinance be adopted as reaci. The affirmative vote thereon was
<br />as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limp+Brt, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 63-59 was.given its third and final reading. A resolution accepting
<br />the water main easement in proposed Bentley Drive, Fairfield Drive, Plumwood Drive,
<br />Danberry Drive; Concord Drive, Oak Lane, Oak Circle in Yorktown Construction
<br />Company's Tree Lane Subdivision No. 2. It was moved by Mr. 0'Neill, seconded by
<br />Mr. Van Zandt, that the resolution be adopted as read. The affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as foltows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, ILimpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 63-78 was given its third and final reading. A resolution accepting
<br />the improvement plans for Tree Lane Subdivision No. 2, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. 0'Neill, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the resolution be
<br />adopted as read. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-95 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance to amend contract
<br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, with the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company
<br />relating to street lighting service, to ratify and confirm the existing contract in
<br />all other respects, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded
<br />by Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on sa1%d motion was as follows: Caster, Chri stman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />0'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative: vote thereon was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-96 was introduced by Mr. 0'Neill. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assess,ments on permanent parcel No. 234-22-7
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans, and specifications for sanitary sewers,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. 0'Neill, seconded by Mr. Caster,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the: ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passaqe. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. There-
<br />upon the ordinance was read the second and i:hird times and put upon its passage and
<br />the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster,Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />0'Neill, Van Zandt.
