An ordinance authorizing and <br />- directing the cancellation of special assessmients on permanent parcet No. 234-22-7, <br />being an assessment for construction of a water line, and declaring an emergency. <br />ft was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule <br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and <br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance <br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative <br />vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, <br />Van Zandt. <br />Ordinance No. 63-9$ was introduced by Mr. Vari Zandt. An ordinance establishing a con- <br />nection charge for sundry parcels of land lying to the east of the Michael M. Varady <br />Subdivision to be paid prior to development of said lands for the privilege of <br />connection of storm drainage from said lands into an excess size storm sewer <br />outlet installed by the Lorain Mutual Investment Company from the southern boundary <br />of the Michael M. Varady Subdivision to the City's storm sewer in Brookpark Road, <br />and declaring an emergency. (t was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Mangani, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. An ordinance authorizing the <br />Director of Finance to make a lump sum payment of $750.00 to the Great Lakes Express <br />Company, David J. Murray, Attorney, in full settlement of property demage case, and <br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that <br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage. The: affirmative vote on said motion <br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leom rd, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the-second and third times and put upon +ts passage <br />and the affirmative vote thereon was as foilows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Lirrpert, <br />Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Ordinance No. 63-101 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance amending the Traffic <br />Control Map and the Traffic Control File by designating on the map a No Parking Zone <br />on both sides of Berkshire Drive for its ent:ire length, and declaring an emergency. <br />It was moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr„ O'Neill, that the statutory rule be <br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediat:ely the second and third times and put <br />on its passage.
