<br />Ordinance No. 63-102 was introduced by Mr. ChriStman. An ordinance accepting the
<br />dedication for public use as a highway of the westerly or front ten feet of all
<br />abutting lots on the east side of Dover Center Road from the soutMerly line of
<br />land owned by John R. & Doris Patrick to the northerly corporate limits of ths
<br />City as more particularly set forth on the dedicaCion plat and declering an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the stetutary rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put
<br />on its passagp. The affirmative vote on said motion was as fpllows: Caster, Ghristman,
<br />Leonard, Limport, Manganf, 0'Neill, Van Zandt:. Thereupon the ordinan4e wos read the
<br />second and thi;rd times and put upon its passage and the affirmetive voto thereon was
<br />as foilows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neili, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. 0'Neill advised that he had been Gontacted by residents of Florence Ave. concerning
<br />the drainage problem in that area and requssted that the survey of the area to be
<br />prepared by the Engineer be expedited.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Law Directqr be directed ta
<br />prepare legisl'ation accepting the improvement plans for Rose Tree Subdivision No. l.

<br />Mr. Christman,moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legisletion releasing the sidewalk bond for Spruce D'rive as recommended by

<br />to obtain apprqval of the Planning Cortrnissivn for the easement plat far the east

<br />Mr. Leonard maved that the Rules of Council be amended to read that all Committee
<br />Meeting dates ibe posted 3 days in advance.
<br />There being no second to the above motion Mr. Christm an movsd, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster, that Mr. Leonard's request for amendling the Rules of Council be considered
<br />by the Legi s 1 at i ve Commi ttee and a report be: made on thei r recAmmendati on at the
