Safety Di r°ector reported on the plans foiP "Af 1 Scouts DaY`" ta be heid June 8t?, and requested everyone to attend, The Servi ce Di rector advi sed that he wi 1 I m+ake reservations for the c.anfierence of the Ohio Water Polution Contcol Board to be hel(J in Toledo on June 13> 1963 if anyone wishes to attendo The Servi ce Di rector advi sed that the survey made by the Engi nEer nf the Flarenr.e Ave, drainage problem is completed, The Engineer advised that the work necessary to alleviate the drainage problem ir the FlorenGe Ave. area as outlined in his survey could be done by the Service Department.. 1`he Clec°k read the following communications: lo Letter from V.MeDeMelto, Director of Department of Pubiic Utilities for the City of Cleveland regarding the installation of a water line on North Park Drive, 2. Letter from the North Olmsted Jaycees expressing their opposit6on to the proposed rezoning of the Par 3 Golf Course pr°opertye 3. Letter from P. Engoglia thanking and complimenting the City Officials and the Service Department for work done to preverit. a ditch from caving ina Mr. 0'Neill, Chairman of the 1°ransportation Committee, reported an the meeting of May 13> 1963 with Fairvieva Park and advised that another meetirsg is scheduied for May 25, 1963 at 10a00 P.M. Mro Van Zandt, Chairman of the Legislative Committee, advised that t.he Committee does not recommend that the Rules of Council be amended to read that all Committee Meeting dates be posted 3 days in advance but that t,he Committee does recommend that each Committee Chairman advise the dates of their meetings at each Council Meetinq. Aft.er considerable discussion about the above recommendation it was decided that (:ommitr.ee Chairman should notify the Glerk when the me:etings are to be held arici the Clerk shoulci ,?x, post, th i s i nformat i on i n the Ci ty Hal l. ? Ordinance No. 63-103 was introduced by Mr. Leonarci. An ordinance amending Sectio7 of OrdinanGe No, 62-131 entitled "An ordinarice determining salaries, wages and bonds of appointed officials and employees of the Cit:y of North Olmsted" enacted Juiy 10, 1962: and declaring an emergency.
