A resolution releasing from liability the principal and surety on a certain <br />performance bond posted by Olmsted Colony, Inc. for the completion vf the constructian <br />and installation of sidewalks on Spruce Drive:, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 63-105 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading only. <br />A resolution approving, for record purposes nnly, the proposed subdivision known as Rose <br />Tree Subdivision No, l, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolutoon No. 63-106 was introduced by Mr. I:hristman arid given its first reading <br />only. A resolution accepting the improvemenr plans for Rose Tree Subdivision No. 1, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 63-107 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading only <br />and referred to the Planning Commission for -their recommendation. An ordinance <br />amending the Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zonin g <br />Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation thereon of certain <br />tands hereinafter described by metes and bounds from its present designation thereon <br />as Class C. Residence District to that of General Retail Business District. <br />Ordinance No. 63-108 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An ordinance amending the Traffic <br />Control Map and the Traffic Confrol file by designating on the map a No Parking Zone <br />on the north side of Lorain Avenue between Canterbury Road and Silverdale Avenue, and <br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that t.he <br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third <br />times and put on its passage. An ordinance amending Section 2ot <br />Ordinance 3115, enacted September 21, 1960, entitled "Ordinance creating the positior <br />of secretary to the Zoning Board of Appeals and fixing compensation therefar" as <br />amended by Ordinance No. 61-99, enacted May 16, 1961, and declaring an emergency.
