<br />the water main easement in proposed Amesbury Drive, Clayton Drive, Delmere Drive
<br />and Beaumont Drive in Deerfield Estates, Inc. Rose Tree Subdivision No. 1. lt was
<br />moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the resolution be adopted as
<br />read. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-120 was introdu.ced by Mr. 0'Neill. An ordinance authorzing the
<br />? Director of Finance to settle three law suits against the city of North Olmsted9
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Leonard,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put onits passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the secoind and third times and put on its passage
<br />and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonards l.impert,

<br />Ordinance No. 63-121 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance authorizing the
<br />appropriation of $488.73 for payment to the City of Cleveland of North Olmsted's
<br />pro-rata share of the expense of the defense to the East Ohio Gas Company's
<br />application for a rate increase, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Leonard, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
