It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Leonard, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put onits passage. An ordinance authorizing the <br />appropriation of $488.73 for payment to the City of Cleveland of North Olmsted's <br />pro-rata share of the expense of the defense to the East Ohio Gas Company's <br />application for a rate increase, and declaring an emergency.
