JUNE 18, 1963 - PAGE 2 <br />Mr, Christman <br />.?? they cons i der <br />, of Woodv i ew i n <br />5ubdivision ar <br />directed the Cterk to contact the Planning Commission to request that <br />a change in str°eet name in the Woodview Subdivision 9Vo. 1 as the name <br />that Subdivision and the name of Woodmere in the Deertield Estates <br />e too simi lar, <br />Mr. Christman aduised that approval for the package sewage treatment plant for the <br />IVorth Park Estates Subdivision wou1d be held up until a report is received from the <br />State and County regarding fihe plant for° the Forest Ridge DevEjopment, <br />hlr. Chr°istman advised that the Service Director and the Engineer had advised that <br />West Park Estates Subdivision Nos. 1,2,3,4, & 5 and Sherwood Estat.es Subdivisian <br />had been inspected and that the improvements were completed satisfactorily and that <br />the streets are read for dedic;ation. <br />Mr. Leonard a-eported on the Swimming Pool Committee meeting af June 4, 1963 and <br />advised that the comm€ttee a-ecommerads that construction of apool Shoul:" <br />be put on thetal1ot for all residents to vote on but not at thiz t:ime bec.ause of the <br />schooi bond issues, so ther°efore the Committee feel this matter should be tabled <br />until next yeao- and that the Swimming Pool committee be terminated and new one <br />formed at the first of the year. <br />1'he Pr-esident of Council advised that the Swimming Pool Committee would bs terminated <br />for this session and requested the Clerk t(D put this matter on the agenda for the <br />first meeting in 1964. <br />Mr. Limpert reported on the Safety Committfae meeting of June 18, 1963 and advised <br />?.... that the Committee r°ecommends that Ordinance No. 63-101 be amended t.o read "No <br />„. - <br />Parking" on the fi re hydrant side of Berkshi re Drive and also advised that the <br />Committee is considering the possiblity of enforcing the same "No Parking"ban on <br />all residential streets in North Olmsted. <br />Mr. Limpert advised that the Safety Committ:ee does not recommend the installatian <br />of traffic lights at the intersections of E3erkshire and Lorain and Stearns and L,orain <br />at this time. <br />Mro Mangani reported on the City Planning Committee meeting of June 11, 1963 and <br />advised that the commettee recommends approval of the following plats for record <br />purposes only: Beverly Hills Estates, Subdivision No. 2; Rose Tree Subdivision Na. <br />3; North Park Subdivision No, l; Deerfield Subdivision No. 3 and Marjack lnc. (Pin <br />Oak Apartments), <br />Mr. Caster moved9 seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Municipal Properties Gommittee <br />take under advisement the possibility of using councilmatic bonds to finance the <br />purchase of lands for recreational purposes. "Yeas" Caster9 Christman, Leonard, <br />Limpert9 Mangani, 0'Neil1, Van Zandt. <br />Ordinance No. 63-1 was introduced by Mr. Chiristman and given its first reading only.. <br />An ordi nance accepti ng for ded i cat i on Devori Dri ve, Hampton Dri ve. and Tudor Dri ve i n <br />Sherwood Estates Subclivision, and declarinq an emergency. <br />Ordinance Noe 63-2 was introduc.ed by Mr. Chiristman and given its first reading only. <br />An ordinance accepting fordedication Evergr•een Drive, Dougtas Drivey Alden Drive, <br />Willet Drive and North Park Drive in West F'ark Estates Subdivison Nos. 1,2, 394, <br />and 5, and declaring an emergency. <br />
