<br />Ordinance No. 63-173 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 235-19-1,
<br />being an assessment for construction of a sidewalk, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said rnotion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt. Yhereupon tFe ordinance was

<br />prepare legislation authorizing the preparation of ptans and 5pecificetions
<br />for curbs and gutters on Theresa Lane as petitinned for. "Yeas'p Caster,

<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation approving the rezoning of the William E. Harris property
<br />on Lorain Rd. as recommerided by the Planning Commission. "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Christman, Leanard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandta
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that other matters of business
<br />not on the Agenda for this meeting be discussed. "Yeas" Caster, Christman,
<br />? Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van tandt.
<br />The plans for the development of the Mixed 'Use Area at the southwest corner
<br />of Columbia and Brookpark as approved by the Planning Commission were referred
<br />to the City Planning Committee.
<br />A number of residents appeared before Council regarding sidewaik installation arid
<br />the assessing of the installation for corner lots.
<br />Mr. Christman advised that an investigation wouid be made as ta haw the assessing
<br />was done in past years and the reSidents will be notified of the outcome.
