An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 235-19-1, <br />being an assessment for construction of a sidewalk, and declaring an emergency. <br />It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory rule be <br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and <br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said rnotion was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt. Harris property <br />on Lorain Rd. as recommerided by the Planning Commission. "Yeas" Caster, <br />Christman, Leanard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandta <br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that other matters of business <br />not on the Agenda for this meeting be discussed. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, <br />?
