<br />necassary to improve Nprth Park prive in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by
<br />installing and constructing theretn a water main, repealing Resalution No. 63-161,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was maved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. Limpert,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and thie resolution be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote onsa+d motion

<br />No. 1. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconided by Mr. Mangani, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediateiy the second and third
