<br />„?. Resolution No. 63-180 was introduced by Mr. 0'Neill. A rEsolution accepting the
<br />amounts and rates es determined by the Budget Commission end authorizing the necessary
<br />tax levies and certifyjng them to the County Auditor. It was moved by Mr. 0'Neill,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspencfed and tihe resolution
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster9 Christman, Leonard, Limpsrt, Mangani, 0'Neill,
<br />Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster., Christman, Leonard,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />7'he Safety Committee's request for No Parkingi on fir°e hydrant side of streets was
<br />turned over to the Legislative Committee and the Safefy Director was requested to
<br />submit a list of recommended streets to post.
<br />The Safety Committee's request that Lorain Rd. be restricted to truck traffic to
<br />4 lanes was referred to the Law Director for studyo
<br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mr. Leonard, t:hat legislation be pdepared authorizing
<br />the Dog Warden td issue citations to continuous violators of letting dogs running

<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that legisletion be prepared authorizing
<br />the posting of completion bonds at the time improvment plans are approved. "Yeas"

<br />exisiting lEgislation as to specifications for concrete pavement as recommended by
