<br />its present designation thereon as Class C. Residence District to that of General
<br />Retait Business District.

<br />award and sale of bonds of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, in the amount of $26,620.00
<br />issued in anticipation of the collection of special assessments heretofore levied, for
<br />the purpose of paying three notes issued to pay for the cost and expense of constructing
<br />certain improvements in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
