<br />Ordinance No. 63-217 was introduced by Mr. Christman and given its fi;st reading
<br />only. An ordinance authorizing Floyd Brown and Associates to make a study of all
<br />of the water charges and water consumption of all connections to the City's sanitarv
<br />sewer system and to recommend possible changes in sewer service rates, and declaring
<br />an emergency.
<br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the data Floyd Browne and AssocHate=
<br />obtain from the City of Cleveland Water Department be turned over to the City of
<br />North Olmsted and remain the property of the: City of North Olmsted. "Yeas" Chrsstman9
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van ZanClt.
<br />The Service Director requested that he be put on record as opposing the hiring of
<br />Floyd Browne and Associates to make this sur•vey.
<br />Resolution No. 63-218 was given its third arid final reading. A resolution approvi,ng
<br />the plans and specifications of a sanitary sewage disposal plant to serve a maximum
<br />of 200 connections in North Park Estates Subdivision No. 1, and declaring an emergencyo
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Leonarcl,that the resolution be adopted as -ead.
<br />T'he affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Christman, Leonard, Limpect,
<br />Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-236 was give n its second reading.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-237 was given its second re:ading.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-238 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel Noo 234-23-22
<br />being an assessment for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary
<br />sewers, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr.
<br />Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspendiBd and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />*he second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Christman, Leonard, I_impert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandte

<br />3 141 being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary
<br />sewers, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Van Zandt, seconded by Mr.
<br />C'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediate?y
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.

<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 235-13-140
<br />& 141, being an assessment for construction of a water line, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />foltows: Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangaini, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the
