<br />with the improvement of North Park Drive in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by
<br />installing and constructing therein a twelve inch water main from the intersection of
<br />Porter Road and North Park Drive to a point thirteen hundred (1300) feet west of said
<br />intersection, and declaring an emergency It was moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by
<br />Mr. 0'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspended 4nd the ordinance be read immediately
