<br />Mr. Caster advised that the Finance Committee: recommends fihat no increase be made
<br />in the wages for the Bus Line employees until after the first of tMe year.
<br />Mr. Christman reported on the meeting of the Public Development and Service Committee
<br />held December 16, 1963 and advised that the committee reviewdlthe plans for the
<br />Industrial Area and will send a copy to Stillson and ASSOCiates for their review
<br />in conjunction with the route of Interstate 80.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-217 was given its third and final reading. An ord.inancE authorizing
<br />Floyd Brown and Associates to make a study of all of the water charges and water
<br />consumption of all connections to the City's sanitary sewer system and to recommend
<br />possible changes in sewer seruice rates, and deElaring an emergency. Mr. Christman
<br />moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the ordinance be adopted as read. The af€irmative

<br />? of North Olm$ted) by changing the designatian thereon of certain lands c4ntaining about
<br />ninety-two acres more or less and lying to the east and the south of the present easterly
<br />and southerly limits of the Great Northern Shopping Center Area hereinafter described
<br />by metes and bounds, from its present designation thereon as Mixed Use District to that of
<br />General Retail Bu6iness District. Mr. Caste.r moved, seconded by Mr. 0'Neill, that the

<br />Subdivision No. 2, and declaring an emergene:y. It was movpd by Mr. CMristman, secunded
<br />by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be su5pended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the seeQnd and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt.

<br />rule be suspended and the ordinanee be read immediately the second and third timeS and
