<br />Resolution No. 64-9 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. A resolution confirming the award
<br />30d sale of North Olmsted Municipal Bus purchase bonds, and declaring an emergency. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded byc Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on
<br />its passage. The affirmative vote on said miDtion was as follows: Caster, Hodgins, l.eonard,

<br />Ordinance No. 64-10 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance autMorizing the Mayor
<br />to enter into a contract for the deposit of public monies with the institutions
<br />designated by Council as depositories for the active and inactive accaunts of the
<br />City, and dec}aring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Mangani,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read iinmediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows;

<br />Ruple, Deputy Director of Finance to act when the Oirectar of Finance is absent from
<br />the City, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Van Zandt, saconded by Mr.
<br />Caster, that the stotutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read irrnnediately the
<br />second and third times and put an its passage. ThE affirmative vote on said motion

<br />of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, during the year 1964, all
<br />tax money due and owing said City from any Collection Source, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved tiy Mr. West, secondled by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rute
<br />be suspended and the resolution be read immEdiately the second and third times and put

<br />for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, January,
<br />February, March, 1964, amd declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Hpdgins,
<br />seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be
<br />read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
