<br />Ordinance No. 64-14 was introduced by Mr. Caaster. An prdinance to provide for the
<br />issuance of notes in anticipation of the levy of special assessmsnts and in anticipation af
<br />the issuance of bonds to pay the cost of impiroving certain streets in thp City of North
<br />Olmsted by constructing sanitary sewers, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by
<br />Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that thia statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said mption was as follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Llmpert,
<br />Mangani, West, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance:. was read the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage and the affirmative vote thereon rvas as fotlows: Caster, Hodgins,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 64-15 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance establishing the
<br />geographical boundries of the Fire Districts set forth in the Building C,o& of the City
<br />of Narth Ctlmsted, Chapter 59, as the Retail Business District, l,imited Industrial Distrlct
<br />and Mixed Use District as established and designated by the Zoning Map of the City of
<br />North Olmsted dated October 30, 1963, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Caster, seconded by Mr. Mpngani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third time5 and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote onsaid motion was as fallaws: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West,
<br />Van Zandt. Theneupon tMe ordinance was read the, second and third times and put on its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote therean was as fptlows: Gaster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Caster moved, seponded by Mr. Mangani, that the LaW Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation approving for dedication Terrace and Nancy Orives with the
<br />stipulation that monies be posted for inspec,tions and the outstanding bill of $$5.58 be
<br />paid. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation approving the dedicatiori of Country Club and Great Morthern Blvds,
<br />witM the stipulation that the developers plant the trees that are missing, repair
<br />sidewalks and fire hydrants. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West,
<br />Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Caster movpd, secqnded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation approving for dedication Manning Campbell Subdivision No. 8, Sections
<br />1and 2. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, L.impert, Mangani, West, Van zandt.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Paster, i:hat the preliminary plat for Rzepka
<br />Apartments (David Drive) be approved with the stipulation that the access drive
<br />off David Drive remain at 60 ft. wide as shc>wn; a}so that the develppers provide
<br />cqmplete accesS lanes for fire equtpment and locate fire hydrants to the satisfaction
<br />of the Fire Chief and that the paving be in accordance with the paving ordinance. "Yeas"

<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Wes't, th+at the preliminary p)at for Peter Rzepka
<br />(Hawkins Ave. at Noreen Drive) be approved with Block "B" deeded to the City. "Yeas"

<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the Law Director be directed to prepare
<br />legislation approving the vacation plat of .Ambour Drive. "Yeasr" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard,
