<br />dfviding the eity of Narth Olmsted, Ohio, intu districts for the purpase of regulating
<br />and restricting the location of building and cither structures and of premises tcr be used
<br />for trade, induetry, reeidence or other specir•ied uses: regulating and limi.ting the
<br />height of buildings and other structures,regulatfng the bulk and location af buildings
<br />ar?d other stsuetures, the percentage of lot oc.cupancy, set-back building lines and
<br />area of qards, courts and other open spaces; providing for a method of administration.

<br />Reeolutbn No. 64-89 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolutian amending Resolutian No.
<br />63-222 enucted bctober 15, 1963, and entitled "A Resolution requesting permission of the
<br />State of Ohio - bepartment of Highways to the relocation on Brookpark Road in the City
<br />of North Olarsted of the access driveway of the Great Northern Shopping Center from its
<br />present loeatian to a paint 360 feet west," and declaring an emergencyn Mr. Caster

<br />June 9th waa set for a public hearing on Ordinisnce 64-58 on Cluster Development. The
<br />new Platting Ordinenee and the Hi-Rise Ordinance will also be ready for hearing at that
<br />t ime .
<br />Mr. Mangeni maved th8t the Clerk be di.rected to send a letber to Mr. I,ewis C. Naylor,
<br />Cuyahogs Cbunty Libtarian, asking for a report on the feasibility of the proposed
