<br />Mr, Enninger, East Park Drive, inquired c.rhether caur propasal to extend the munici.pal bus
<br />line is simply a good-neighbor gesture, or whether it is a money-making venture. Mr.
<br />Limpert advised that there are twn reasons for the propasal - a hope to benefit North
<br />Olmsted by bringing business into Ndrth Olmsted from neighboring communitfes and achitnee
<br />to increase our bua service in North Olmettd as well, This is also a $ource of sddi-
<br />tional revenue,, which we neede
<br />Miss Pat Early, Burns Road, inquired whgt the city intends to flo about paving Burns I2oad.
<br />She was advised that this is awaiting the City Engineer's repart on the eost of an
<br />aecess route to the high school from McKenzie.
<br />Mr. Robert Ruple, Porter Rnad, asked why a roigd couldn't be cut thrnugh fram the old

<br />over to the Public Services and Development Cc3tnmittee, Mr, Caster, Chairtneng far

<br />Tt1e Clerk read a letter from Mr. Henry Ott of Lansfng Drive,, protesting the poseibility
<br />of a swimming podl being bui1t on Lansing.
<br />A letter from the Department of Li.quor Control, State of Ohio, was read, advising of
<br />the filing of an application for a C-2_liquor permit by Rini'e Stop-N-Shap,
<br />A letter to Mayor Christman from Italph J. Perk, County Auditor, regarding the recent
<br />cdurt deciaion requiring resLdent.ial property to be taxed at the same rate rts comthercial
<br />property was read. In it Auditor Perk requested that Gounctl adopt a resolution
<br />metnorializing the Governor of Ohio to ca11 the Legfslgture into special ageaion for th.e
<br />purpose of adopting whatever lews are necessary to protect the homeourner from such an
<br />increase.
