<br />Mr. Mangani moved that the Clerk of Council be directed to search the ordinances
<br />to see if there is a vacation plat for the former West 230th Street subdivision,
<br />and if so, to notify the Law Director. Motion was seconded by Mr. Leonard. "Yeas"

<br />Mr, Mangani moved that legislation be dxawn authorizing the Mayor to enter into a
<br />contract with the Water Department of the Cityr of Cleveland. Motion was seconded by
<br />Mr, West. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West.
<br />Mr. Mangani advised that the City Planning Committee will take the matters listed
<br />in the letter from the North Olmsted Improvetttent Cpmmittee;under consideration,
<br />Mr. Mangani moved that the date for the publip hearing on Ordinance No. 64-94 and
<br />Ordinance No, 64-95 be set for June 9th, the same night previously set for the
<br />hearing on Ordinance No. 64-88. Motion was seconded by Mr. West. "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West.
<br />Mr. Leonard made a motion that a letber be written to the local postmaster,
<br />Mr. R. J. Frangella, advising him that as of June lst, the name of the so-called
<br />Chestnut Ridge Road would be changed to Bradley Road, Motion was seconded by
<br />Mr, West. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leona.rd, Limpert, Van Zandt, West. "No"
<br />Mangani.
<br />Mr, Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. West, that a11 city maps, including the
<br />Traffic Control Map, be researched, and i.f necessary, be changed to show the
<br />name of the street known as Chestnut Ridg;e to be Bradley Road. "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West,
<br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. West, that the Clerk of Council be directed to
<br />inform the residents of new Bradley Road that on June lst all city maps, the
<br />Post Off ice and other interested parties will know their road as Bradley. "Yeas"
<br />Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangarii, Van Zandt, West,
<br />President0'Neill referred the Safety-Service Director's requests to a combined
<br />committee of Legislative, Finance and Buclget, and Safety, Health and Welfare,
<br />Mr. Caster recommended that the Finance C;ommittee take under consideration
<br />increasing the Clerk of Council's salary, due tp the incrEased work load.
<br />A letter from the County Librarian report:ing on the feasibility of a new library
<br />building in North Olmsted was read by thE: Clerk. It was the opinion of Council
<br />that it did not contain the information iLn which they were most interested. It
<br />will be left up to the new citizens' coawlittee working on the building- of a library
<br />to get the speci:fic facts and so inform c:ouncil.
<br />Mr. Caster requested that his vote on Orciinance No. 64-63 be recorded as "No" and
<br />it was so done.
<br />Meeting was adjourned to the call of clerk at 10:50.
