<br />Ordinance No. 64-105 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No.
<br />235-11-39, being an assessment for construction of a storm sewer, and declaring
<br />an emergency. Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. West, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West. Thereupon the ordinance was

<br />Cw- Ordinance No. 64-107 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 235-11-39
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West. Thereupon
<br />the ordinance was read the second and third times and put on its passage, and the

<br />Ordinance No. 64-108 was introduced by :Mr. Leonard. An Ordinance authorizing the
<br />Mayor to execute a contract with the City of Cleveland and its Water Department
<br />for the furnishing of water to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an
<br />emergency. Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,

<br />Ordinance No. 64-109 was introduced by :Mrs. Hodgins. An Ordinance amending 64-55 „
<br />enacted March 3, 1964, amending Ordinance No. 2796 enacted January 6, 1959 and en-
<br />titled an ordinance vacating portions o:E Ambour Drive in the Ohio Shores Construction
<br />Corporation Subdivisions No. 1, 2 and 3, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Hodgins
<br />moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
