An Ordinance authorizing <br />the Chief of the Division of Fire to es-tablish "Fire Lanea" on certain conditions <br />providing for the towing away of vehiclizs standing or parked in fire lanes and <br />removing other obstructions from fire lane8, esteblishing a penalty and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Van Zandt'moved, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins, that the statutory <br />rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immedintely the eecond and third times <br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on Baid motion waa as follows: <br />Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West. Thereupon the <br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put on ita paasage, and the <br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows; Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, <br />Mangani, Van Zandt, West. <br />Ordinance No. 64-111 was introduced by Mr. Van Zandt. An Ordinance amending <br />Ordinance No. 3171, (Codified Ordintrnces, Part Fifteen, Chapter 1501, Section <br />1501.02 Paragraph B) enacted November 15, 1960, and entitled "An Ordinance adopt- <br />ing a Fire Prevention Code prescribing regulationa governing condition' hazardous <br />to life and property from fire or exploaion, and establishing a Buresu of Fire <br />Prevention and providing officers therefor and def ining their powera and duties, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Van Zandt moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, <br />that the statutory rule be suffipended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third timea and put on ita paesage. The affirmative vote on aaid motion <br />was as follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangxni, Van Zandt, W+aet <br />T,hereupon the ordinance was read the second gnd third times and put on its <br />passage, and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Ceeter, Hodgine, Leonard, <br />Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, Weet. <br />Resolution No. 64-112 was introduced by, Mr. West. A Resolutiatt authorizing the <br />Mayor of the City of North Olmeted, Ralph E. Christman and the Superintendant of <br />operations of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Linea, Charleg B+ast, to sign checks <br />on Account No. 40-62-110 entitled the rforth Olmsted Munieipal Bus Line account on <br />deposit at the National City Bank of Cleveland, North Olmated Office, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. West moved, secondedl by Mr. Limpert, that the atetutory rule <br />be suspended and the resolution be reacl immediately the eecond and third times and <br />put on its passage. Code edopted October 18, 1960 as <br />the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted applicable to the conetruction of <br />buildings and structures other than onE:: and two f amily dwellinga and appurtenancee <br />thereto by requiring certain facinge on all expoeed exterior tnasonry walla, snd <br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Van Zandt, secondbd by Mr. Csater, <br />that the statutory rule be suepended arid the ordinance be resd immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage.
