<br />Ordinance No. 64-115 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of $pecial assessments on Permament Parcel No. 233-6-17
<br />being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary
<br />sewers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. West, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was
<br />as follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West. There?
<br />upon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put on its passaaw,
<br />and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Hodgins, Leonard,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West.
<br />Mr. Caster moved that legislation be prepared to accept the improvement plans of
<br />Welsch Subdivision. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, W'est.
<br />Mr. Leonard asked for legislation to be prepared changing the zoning on Lorain
<br />Road to a fifty-foot setback in the commercial area. Motion was seconded by
<br />Mr. West. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leon.ard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved that legislation be drawn to remove the term "walk" from the
<br />plat plan of Deerfield Estate Subdivisi.on No. 3. After some discussion and an
<br />explanUtion from Mr. Kanareff who drew the plans, the motfon was withdrawn, and
<br />put back in committee.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the preliminary plan of Saul
<br />Biskind Subdivision No. 1 be approved. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgina, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, Van Zandt, West.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved that legislation be dlrawn amending the industrial zoning area to
<br />conform to the requests of the Communit.y Improvement Committee. The motion was
<br />seconded by Mr, West. After some discussion, the motion and second were withdrawn
<br />and the matter was referred back to coaunittee.
<br />Mr. Mangani reported Sublots 27 and 28 in Butternut Heights Subdivision have
<br />been proposed for additional parking space behin Dover Center Market. The matter
<br />was referred to the City Planning Commi.ttee.
<br />Mr. Mangani advised that the Public Par•ks Committee will meet to diacuss the
<br />use of the Community Cabin by organizat:ions outside of the City.
<br />Mr, Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Leonaird, that the Department of Liquor Control
<br />be notif ied that Council is having iZesnlution 64-116 drawn, objecting to the
<br />application for a D-l permit, Applicatii.on No. I-45899. "°Yeas" Caster, Hodgins,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West.
<br />A motion that a one-half niill levy for recreational use be put on the fall
<br />ballot was referred to the Le.;islative Committee.
