Page 5- June 2, 1964 <br />The matter of a contribution fram the City toward the fireworks display on <br />July 4th, requested by tne Ghamber of Commerce, was referred to the Finance <br />and Budget Committee, <br />Mr, Mangani moved that the vaeation plat of Welsch Subdivision be drawn. Motion <br />was seconded by Mr4 Van Zandt. "°Yeas" Caster, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, <br />Van Zandt, West. <br />Mr. Mangani then moved that legislation he drawn rezoning Sublots 27 and 28 in the <br />Butternut Heights Subdivision t.o permit it to be used for parking purposes, <br />provided deed restrictions with a twentymyear limit be provided by the owner, <br />that the building on the parcels in question can remain only as long as it is <br />used as a residence, Motion was seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. "Yeas" Caster, <br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limgert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West. <br />President 0'Neill requested t,ftat the Finance Committee study and evaluate the <br />salary structure for all elected officials. <br />Mr. 0'Neill also recommended that the Floyd Browne study go to the Public Utilities <br />Committee for their recommendationso <br />Mr. Limpert asked that the need fur the purchase of new buses be taken up by the <br />Finance and Budget Cammi±tee, <br />Mr. Leonard announced a meeting of the Public Utilities Committee Monday, June 8 <br />? at 8:00 P.M. at City Ha1T, <br />? Mr, Caster moved that legislation be prepared far a resolution of necessity for <br />all the sidewalk program, Motion was se.conded by Mr, Mangani, "Yeas" Caster, <br />Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, We.st, "Nay" Leonard, <br />Mr, Van Zandt announced a meeting of the. Legislative Committee is set for Saturday, <br />June 6th at 11:00 A,M, at.
