<br />for record purposes only, the proposed .subdivision known as Park Ridge West Sub-
<br />division, and declaring an emergency, lKr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. West;
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its p.assage. Tha afEirmative vote on said motion

<br />Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put on its passage

<br />No, 62-95 entitled "An Ordinance appointing a Board to report estimated assessments
<br />of certain streets and lands to pay the cost of construction sanitary sewers
<br />therein, repealing Resclution 61-163, enacted August 21, 1961," and declaring ari
<br />emergency.
<br />At this point, the que.stion was asked by Mr. Leonard why Mr. West and Mr. Plumb
<br />couldn't give a final report rather than start all over again with a new board.
<br />Mr. Kitchen's opinion was that they could not so act. They did not have all the
<br />facts and figures before them when Mr. West resigned, or at the time Mr. Henney
<br />moved from the city, There have been more assessments since the resignations of
<br />Mr. West and Mr. Henney, and more expenses.

<br />Ordinance No. 64-120 was introduced by Mr. Van Zandt. An Ordinance amending
<br />Ordinance No, 61-100 enacted May 16, 1961, as amended by Ordinance No. 62-129,
<br />enacted July 10, 1962, as amended by Ordinance No. 64-38 enacted February 18,
<br />1964, fixing. compensation of Clerk af Council, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr, Van Zandt, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative nate on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt, West. Thereupon the ordinance was

<br />Mr. Limpert made a metion that the ordi_nance drawn up far a No Parking Ban on Larain
<br />from the County Line to Dewey Road be r°eferred back to committee. Motion was se-
