Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. West; <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its p.assage. An Ordinance amending <br />Ordinance No, 61-100 enacted May 16, 1961, as amended by Ordinance No. 62-129, <br />enacted July 10, 1962, as amended by Ordinance No. 64-38 enacted February 18, <br />1964, fixing. compensation of Clerk af Council, and declaring an emergency. <br />It was moved by Mr, Van Zandt, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins, that the statutory rule <br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and <br />put on its passage.
