<br />Resolution No„ 64-199 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution authorizing
<br />the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohi.a, to accept the grant of the
<br />Department of Healtk?, Ecltication, and GTelfaa•e, Public F?c-a3th Servi.ce,
<br />Washingtom, D. ('.: in the amount of $600,000.01), and declaring an emer°gerir°y.
<br />Mr. Caster moved% seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the rule requiring three
<br />separate readings of the resolution be suspended. Affirmative vote thereon

<br />Comman Pleas of Cuyahoga County9 Number 777270 for the sum of $14,000, plus
<br />Caurt Costs, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr,.
<br />Limpert, that the rule reQuiring three separate readings be suspended< Affirma-
<br />tive vote thereon was as f.ollows: Caster, Hodlgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />Faltz. Mr. Leonard then moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the rule requir-
<br />ing the resolution to be read in full be suspended. Affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as fallows; Caster, Hadgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Foltz, Mr.
<br />Leonard then moved that the resolui:ion be adopted. Affirmative vote triereon

<br />Mr. C;aster requested that the next number (64-201) be assigned to an ordinanca
<br />accepting i.mprovement plans for Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 1, and that it
<br />be put on f irst reading.
<br />Mr. Caster then requested that the next number (64-202) be assigned to an
<br />ordinance aecepting improvement pl,ans for Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 2,
<br />and that it be put on f irst reading.
<br />Mr. Mangani stated that having pas;sed the Hi-Rise Ordinance, we must now dis-
<br />trict for hi-rise buildings and aslked Mayor Chxistman whether the Fire Chief
<br />was ready with a report on the fir,e equipment needed. The Mayor reported
<br />the Fire Chief is prepared ta meet with the Committee and discuss the matter.
<br />It was then decided that Council as a whole will meet with the Fire Chie£ on
<br />this subject, and a date will be set and Council notified.
<br />Mrs. Hodgins made a motion, seconded by Mr. Caster, that Ordinance No. 64-178
<br />be amended to read as follows: In SeG. 375,11, Page 3, Paragraph (A) be
<br />amended to include "license plate light ", and should state that a stop light
<br />must be used in addition to all other equipment required. "Yeas" Caster, Hodgins
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Foltz.
<br />Mrs, Hadgins made a motion, seconded by Mr. Caster, that Ordinance No, 64-179
<br />be amended as ftillows: Sectian 373.08, Paragraph (c) be changed from "Chiefcf
<br />PolicV may" to "Chief of Policr_shall". Also, on Page 2, Sec. 373,05 in the
<br />second paragraph "$1.00" i_s to be changed to read "$1.25". "YeaS" Caster,
