<br />amended Section 2, of Ordinance 2308, enacted June 19, 1956, and further
<br />amending Section 1 of Ordinance 2308, enacted June 19, 1956, entitled "An
<br />drdinance fixing the compensation of inspectors of street improvements in
<br />newly dedicated streets in allotments," and further establishing the position
<br />of Chief Inspector at an increased. compensation, and deelaring an emergency.
