<br />the Bretton Ridge Development, a matter that the Building Commissioner had
<br />referred to Council, The Planning Cnmmittee recommends that this be approved,
<br />Mr. Leonard bpposed the planting of bushes as shown, since he feels that
<br />such a planting, if permanent, can cause considerable difficulty in the future
<br />as to who is responsible for maintenance.
