<br />Mr, Mangani asked the Engineer have a map prepared for the public heat-ing so
<br />that we can show the proposed changes on the map,
<br />Resolution No. 64-257 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution requiring that
<br />the City of North Olmsted will pay sums in addition to those as set forth in
<br />Resolution No. 63-159, enacted July 16, 1963, and declaring an emergency,
<br />Mr. Gaster made a motion that the rule requiring three readings of the resolu-
<br />tion he suspended, Motion was seconded by Mr, Mangani. Affirmative vote thereon
<br />wae Gast'er, Fait:z, Hodgin§,Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West, Mr, Caster then
<br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring reading of the resolution in its
<br />Entirety. Motion was seconded by Mr. Mangani, and the affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follow:; Caster, Foitz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />West. Mr. Gaster then moved for adoptian of the resolutfon, seconded by
<br />Mr. Mangani, Affirmative vote thereon was Caster, Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard,

<br />Resolut.fon Nca. 64--258 was introduced by Mr. West, A Resolution approving,
<br />for record purposes anlyP the proposed subdivision known as Southern Avenue
<br />Subdivisidn, and declaring an emergency. Engineer Labas called attention
<br />to the fact that one lot is undersized, and asked that "conformance" in the
<br />third Whereas paragraph be stricken< He was advised that the fact was brought to
<br />the, attention of t:he Planning Commission and passed on a ruling from the
<br />Law Directaro The Engineer then approved it. Mr. West moved that the rule
<br />requiring three separate readings be suspended. Motion was seconded by Mr. Caster.

<br />Limpert, Mangani, West, Mr. West then moved that the rule requiring reading
<br />of the resolution in its entirety be suspended, seconded by Mr. Caster,

<br />Resolution Noe 64-259 was introduced by Mr. Leonard, A Resolution authorizing the
<br />Director of Ptxblic SErviee and Public Safety to advertise for bids for recapping
<br />of tires forr the automotive equipment of the City, as determined by the Director
<br />of Pub1ic Service and Publie Safety in ar_cordance with specificat.fons on file in
<br />his c+ffice, and declaring an emergency, Mr. Leonard moved that the rule requir-
<br />ing three separate readings be suspended., Motfon was seeonded by Mr. Foltz.

<br />directing the eaneaella-tion of special assessments on Permanent Parcel Noa 233-19-16
<br />& 17, being an assEssment for constructian of a water line, and deelaring an
<br />emergency, Mr, Mangani mnvedA seconded by Mr. West, that the rule requiring
