<br />The Mayor advised that Council should be prepared to go ahead with the improve-
<br />ment plans for Southern Avenue Subdivisione Although he vetoed the resolution
<br />approving the proposE,d subdivision for record purposes on1y, it. was principally
<br />to give the developers time to investigate the possibility of moving the street
<br />to the middle of a lat. Engineer Labas is to set up a meeting with the developer
<br />and the Mayor on this matter_,
<br />Mr. West ffioved that Council accept the Equalization Board's recommendation that
<br />the City absorb the exeess cost of $10.,920 on sewer Contracts #4, #4A, #5, #6

<br />claim deed, deeding back the Gity's interest in Waido Drivee Motion was seconded
