<br />Mr. Foltz requested that the Law Director draw legislation nn changing the title
<br />of the Street Commissioner to Superintendent of Public Wnrks, The motion was
<br />seconded by Mr, Limperta "Yeas" Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpe.r*9 Mangani9 West,
<br />Mr. Foltz moved that legislation be prepared requiring all food establishments
<br />to have a 1,000 gallon grease trap installed on the outside of the building, at
<br />least ten feet from the building. Motion was seconded by Mr. Limpert.e 99Yeas"

<br />Mr. Foltz requested the Law Director to draw up legislation on the following:
<br />Chapter 339, Codified Ordinanees - Commercial and Heavy Vehfcles 339.01, page 3S
<br />adding the following: The application for any such permit shall be in such
<br />form as the Chief of Police may prescribe, No such permit shall cover more
<br />than one vehicle, contrivance or load or more than one operation. The grantee
<br />of every permit shall upon its issuance pay a ten dollar ($10.00) fee, which
<br />shall cover the cost of a police escort if one is deemed necessary by the Chief

<br />all construction in the City of North Olmsted be in accordance with the plans

<br />A meeting of the Transportation and Finance Committee was announced for November
<br />24th at 8:00, A mee.ting of the Publie Utilities Gommittee was set up for 8:30
<br />Friday, November 20th,
<br />The Mayor reported that we had an agreement with Talp regarding pipe which they
<br />were to purchase and the City was to install. They now have equipment on the
<br />job which could do the job, and would like to get the job done. The City pro-
<br />bably cannot do it until some time next year. Talp came to the City with the
<br />suggestion that for $998, dr so, they would pay the cost of installing this
<br />pipe. The mayor fee.ls that we should accept this offer,
<br />Mr. Leonard stated that the Public Development Committee will undertake the study
<br />of garbage and rubbish disposal which was requested.
<br />Mrs. Hodgins stated the Safety Committee will study the proposed Safety Town
<br />program.
<br />The Mayor's request for a secretary for the Board of Building Code Appeals was
<br />referred to the Finance Committee for review,
<br />Mr. Mangani requested that the Safety Service Director be given authority to
<br />advertise for new trres. Motion was seconded by Mr, Limpert, "Yeas°" Foltz,

<br />The study of a truck-passing ordinance was sent to the Safety and Legislative
<br />Committees.
