<br />A Resolution accepting the improvement plans for Bretton Ridge Subdivision
<br />No. 3.
<br />Resolution Noa 64-282 was i.ntroduced by Mr, Limpert, A Resolution appointing
<br />an Assessment Equalization Board to hear objections relative to construction
<br />of Sanitary Sewers with requisite appurtenanees in Mastick Road and other
<br />streets and easements as described in Seetion 1 of Resolution No. 64-254 actbpted
<br />by this Council on October 20, 1964. IKr, Limpert moved for suspension of the
<br />rule requiring three separate readings of the R.esolution, seconded by Mr.
<br />Mangani, Affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, West. The resolution was then read in its entirety, and
<br />Mr. Leonard moved that the rate of pay of the Assessment Equalization Board
<br />be $2.75, and that this amendment be incorporated in the Resolution No, 64-282.
<br />Motion was seconded by Mr. Manganf, and the af`firmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Limpert then
<br />moved for adoption of the resolution, as amended, seconded by Mr. Mangani.

<br />the Water Main Easement from the westerly terminus of Clareshire Drive west to
<br />the intersection of Great Northern BouAevard and Country Club Boulevard, in the
<br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and deelaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for
<br />suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings of the resolution,
<br />seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote thereon was Foltz, Hodgins, Leonard,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, WestA Mr, Mangani then moved for suspension of the rule re-
<br />quiring the resolution to bE read in its entirety , seeonded by Mr. Foltz.

<br />sanitary sewers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani maved for suspension
<br />of the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by
