They have decided to go slow and take no immed;ate acfiione They will attempt to get a survey made by some grc6p in North Olmsted, in order to de-hermine how many peopie work in other cities and aqproximate salaries, so that it can be dete,rmined whaT such a tax wou(d mean to the City of Na;th Olmsted. The Finance Committee has completed their work on the organizational charts, and copies have been furnished to Council for their review. The Clerk of Council read a fetter received from the Building Commissioner with regard to condemnation and removal of a dwelling and accessory building at 6349 Stearns Road, Permanent Parcel No. 234-22-1. Daniel Matthews, 24735 Maple Ridge, asked about a report on hls application for a traffic light. Mr. Eian explained that this was included in the traffic ? study which the City is havinq made, Mr. Ken Yarus, developer of the proposed Claybourne Green apartments in the area of Mastick and Ciague, presented a drawing and explanation of their proposal. Mr. George Wasmer, 23239 Mastick Road, reported that Mr. Yarus had met with h4m and varfous other property owners in the neighborhood who objected to the pro- posed rezoning for Claybourne Green, and that their feeling was still one of opposition. Mr. George Durkin, 23235 Mastick, pointed out that the problem seEmed to be one of personal gain for the developers vs. the wishes of residents of the area. He also stafied that not only did the proposed plan require a zoning change, but Tt would also require a variance because of heigh-t. Mr. William Rinyu, buiider and developer, presented a large scale map of the proposed buildiny on the land in question. There being no further comments from the aUdience, Council proceeded into legislationo Ordinance No, 66-200 was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending the Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of North 0lmsted), by changing the designation thereon of certain land hereinafter described by metes and bounds from its present designation thereon as A Residence Single to Multiple Residence District, Mr, Mangani moved ??
