Mr. Eian explained that this was included in the traffic <br />? study which the City is havinq made, <br />Mr. Ken Yarus, developer of the proposed Claybourne Green apartments in the <br />area of Mastick and Ciague, presented a drawing and explanation of their <br />proposal. <br />Mr. George Wasmer, 23239 Mastick Road, reported that Mr. Yarus had met with h4m <br />and varfous other property owners in the neighborhood who objected to the pro- <br />posed rezoning for Claybourne Green, and that their feeling was still one of <br />opposition. <br />Mr. George Durkin, 23235 Mastick, pointed out that the problem seEmed to be <br />one of personal gain for the developers vs. the wishes of residents of the <br />area. He also stafied that not only did the proposed plan require a zoning change, <br />but Tt would also require a variance because of heigh-t. <br />Mr. William Rinyu, buiider and developer, presented a large scale map of the <br />proposed buildiny on the land in question. <br />There being no further comments from the aUdience, Council proceeded into <br />legislationo <br />Ordinance No, 66-200 was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending the <br />Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of North 0lmsted), by changing the designation thereon of certain <br />land hereinafter described by metes and bounds from its present designation <br />thereon as A Residence Single to Multiple Residence District, Mr, Mangani moved <br />??
