<br />Ordinance No. 66-325 was intrnduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />235-20-2 being an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications far
<br />sanitary sewers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for suspension
<br />of the rule requir?ng three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirma-
<br />tive vote was Caster, Eian, Foitz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Mangani
<br />then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster,
<br />Efan, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-326 was introduced by Mr. Eian. An Ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />235-20-2 being an assessment for construction of a sidewalk, and declaring an
<br />emergency. Mr. Elan moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate
<br />readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Eian then moved for adoption, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,

<br />and directing the canceliatton of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.
<br />231-22-34, being an assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral,
<br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of the rule re-
<br />quiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Foltz, Afifirma-
<br />tive vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Limpert
<br />then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Foltz. Affirmative vote was Caster,
<br />Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.

<br />Mangani, West. Mr. Foltz then moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Caster.

<br />of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins.
