<br />Mr. Ed Frindt, 4856 Ciaque Road, asked for a definite date when a vote would
<br />be taken on the Mastick Road rezoning.
<br />Mr. Bi?I Suhanek, associated with Ken Yarus, the develcper, r-eported that he
<br />had contacted Mr. DurkEn and Mro Wasmer, and a meeting is beirrg set up for
<br />next week.
<br />Mr. Kurt Richards, 5176 Wes± Park Drive, thardked Councii tor receiving the
<br />petition of his neighbors with regard to discontinuing the temporary roadway
<br />into North Park Estates, and pointed out he relt because cf the road being
<br />in the area of the Park, it became a matter of interest to a!I of the community,
<br />rather than just the neighborhooda
<br />Mr. Carl Corrai, 4516 Cameliia Lane, calied Council's attention to his letter,
<br />which set forth reasons why he fe{t the street should be made a permanent road.
<br />Mr. Mangani explaired that 1t was not a permanent roadway, and stated why it
<br />could not become one.
<br />Mr. 0'Neill recoqnized students from Lutheran West, High School who were present
<br />in the audience.

<br />62-33 (Zoninq Code of the City of North Olmsted) all rela+inG to "Residence
<br />Districts". Mr. Manqani moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirma-
<br />tive vote was Caster, Eian, Foitz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.

<br />Zone Map adopted as part of the Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code
<br />of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation thereon of certain
<br />land from its present designatlon thereon as B Residence Sinqle to Retail
<br />Business Gereral, Mr. Mangani moved for adoption, seccnded by Mr. Caster.
