Our master plan wCll <br />have to be campleted by July af 1958 1n order for us to partlcrpate Pn any <br />federal grants 1n 1968 toward Zone 2 sanltary sewers system, and ths Clty wiil <br />try to work out en arrangement wlth the Regianal Plannfng Comm?sslon to termina,te <br />cur master plan by July i, 1969. <br />The proposal by Floyd 6rowne and Associafies to brCng the senttary sewer p1anning <br />and tuture plans up to date, refiecting chenges In zonPng, In the area to be <br />attected by the Zone 2 sewers, end give e flnanclal repar-t on the present sewer <br />for an approxlmnte cast of $4,200, to be flnanced out of sanltery sewer funds, <br />wes recammended by the Munlclpal Developmenfi Committee, and referred to the <br />FInance Commlttee for study. <br />7he Cammlttee met on September I2th wlth the Equalrxetion 6oard regordtng <br />ob,ectlons to the nssessments for storm sewer Instnlletlon on Southern Avenuo. <br />The Board reviewed notss of ineetYngs wlth the people Involved, as weil as the <br />wrltten objections on fPle.
