September 6, 1966 - Page 6 <br />Mr. West moved that the Finance Director furnish a Fiscal Officer's Certificate on <br />the proposed fegislation for the purchase of packer-type garbage trucks, seconded <br />by Mr. Mangani, "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West. <br />Ordinance No. 66-219 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance to provide for the <br />issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of pur- <br />chasing packer-type garbage trucks for the Department of Public Service of the Cifiy, <br />and deciaring an emergency. Mre West moved for suspension of the rule requiring <br />three separate readings, seconded by Mrsm Hodgins. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, <br />Foltz, Hodgins, Limperfi, Mangani, West, Mr. West moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs, <br />Hodgins. An Ordinance levying special assess <br />ments for the improvement of Barton Road, Bradley Road, MIII Road, Broxbourne Road <br />and Canterbury Road in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, between certain termini by <br />installing water mains and necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergency, Mr. <br />Caster moved to suspend the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. <br />West. Giving the consent of the City of <br />North Olmsted to Cuyahoga County for the improvement of Dover Center Road by widening <br />north of Lorain Road to provide a left turn lane, and declaring an emergency.
