, r September 6, 1966 - Page 9 Mr. Mangani requested tnat fhe Law Director take the necessary steps to insure that the Oirristed Townshup territory being annexed will be zoned Class A Residence. Mr. Mangani requested that iegislation be drawn agreeing to the one-year exten- sion ofi time for fihe temporary roadway into North Park Subdivision. The Clerk was asked to natify the developer that the ordinance wifl not be enacfied until an agreement is received thaY the deveioper will erect a sign indicating that this is a tempor-ary raadwayy, and further that fhe develaper will keep said road in good repair according to the Safety-Service Director•'s standards. Mro Foitz ;~equested that Cegisiation be drawn amending Section 121 of the Codified Ordinance - Rules of Council, Article 4, to read that the President Pro Tem shaiI discharye the duties of the President and sha9i be clothed with all the powers ot the President, but shall not lose his vote as a member of Councilo The Municipai Development Committee was asked to investigate why a lot on Palm Drive fs unsidewaRked, Mr. Mangani requested that the Law Director invesligate the possibility of sharing income tax with City of Cieveiand should they pass such a iaw. The Law Director was requestEd to study the possibility of zoning the golf course for go{f ccvrse use on'y, and aBso possible zoning for a recreational area. Mre Caster requested that legislation be prepared determining to proceed with the paving of Southern Avenue from McKenzie east to a point 165 feet west of Decker.
