<br />ledqing that they had received noticE of the special meefiing more than
<br />twenty-four hours in advance.
<br />Resclution No. 66-172 was given its third reading. A Resolution accepting
<br />the improvement plans for Sands Subdivision No. I. Mro Gaster moved for
<br />adoption of the resolution, seconded by Mr-, Mangarie Affirmative vrte was
<br />Caster, Eian, FoIt2, Hodgir.s, Limpert, Marzgani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 66-173 was given its third reading. A Resolution accepting
<br />the improvement plans for Sands Subdivision No. 2, Mr. Caster moved for
<br />adoption of the resoiution, seconded by Mre Mangani. Affirmative vote was
<br />Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West,
<br />Resoiution No. 66-174 was given its third reading. A Resolution acceptiny
<br />the improvement plans for Sands Subdivision No. 3. Mr. Caster moved for
<br />adoption of the resolution, seconded by Mr. Mangan!, Affirmative vote was
<br />Caster, Eian, Foitz, Hodgins, Limpert, Manganif West,
<br />Resolution No. 66-175 was given its thlyd reading. A Resolution accepting
<br />the improvement plans for Sands Subdivision Noo 4, Mre Caster moved for
<br />adoption of the resolu+ion, secanded by Mro Manyanf. Affirmative vote was

<br />Mr. West moved that the Finance Director be requested to furnish a Fiscai
<br />Officer's Certificate with regard to the ordinance for issuance of notes and
<br />bonds for paying part of the cost of constructing the Area 3 sanitary sewsrs.

<br />Ordinance Noo 66-207 was introduced by Mr, West. An Or-dinance to provide
<br />for the issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the
<br />purpose of paying par+ oT the ccst of constructing sanitary sewers and neces-
<br />sary appurtenances in Area 3 of the City, and declaring an emergency. Mr.
<br />West moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings ot
<br />the ordinance, seconded by Mr. Eiano Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian,
<br />Foltz, Nodgins, Limpert, Manqani, West. Mro West then moved for, adoption,
