<br />Mr. West moved that the Finance Director be requested for a Fiscal Officer's
<br />Certificate +n connectfon with the Alexander and Barton Road sidewalk con-
<br />struction. Motion was seconded by Mr. Eian. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz
<br />Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-208 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of bonds and of
<br />the levy and collection of special assessments to pay the cost of improv-
<br />ing Barton Road and Alexander Road between certain termini by constructing
<br />sidewalks in said City, and declaring an emergency. Mr. West moved for the
<br />suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs.
<br />Hodgins. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />West. Mro West then moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Hodgins. Affir-ma-
<br />tive vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert, Mangani, West.
<br />Resolution No. 66-209 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A Resolution amending
<br />Resolution No. 66-177 enacted July 5, 1966, and entitled "A Resolution
<br />declaring the intention of Council to appropriate real property for the
<br />construction of Great Northern Bivd." and declaring an emergency. Mr.
<br />Caster moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings,
<br />seconded by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Nodgins,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, West. Mr. Caster then moved for the adoption, seconded
<br />by Mr. Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West.
<br />Ordinance No. 66-210 was introduced by Mr. Eian. An Ordinance amending
<br />Title 7, Section 351 entitled "Parking Generally" and Codified Ordinance
<br />No. 305.01 entitled "Traffic Control Map" and Codified Ordinance No. 305,02
<br />entitled "Traffic Control File" by adding Section 351.13 entitled "To prohibit
<br />parking on Lorain Road, on both sides, from Dover Center Road east to Whitethorn
<br />Avenue, at all times", and declaring an emergency. Mr. Eian moved for suspen-
<br />sion of the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mrs. Hodgins. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Folfiz, Hodgins, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, West. Mr. West called attention to the fact that the words "stopping"
<br />and"standing" should be included along with the parking ban. Mr. Eian with-
<br />drew his motion for suspension of the rules, and Mrs. Hodgins withdrew her
<br />second. Mr. West moved that Ordinance No. 66-210 be amended by adding "stopping,
<br />standing, or" in the title between the words"prohibit" and "parking", in Sec-
<br />tion I in the first paragraph, and also in the second paragraph. The motion
<br />was seconded by Mr. Limpert. "Yeas" Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Limpert
