<br />Mr. Mangani moved that the Finance Director be requested to furnish a Fiscal
<br />Officer's Certificate with regard to the issuance of bonds and notes for the
<br />Barton Road water maIns< Motion was seconded by Mr. Foltz. "Yeas" Caster,

<br />Ordinance No. 66-201 was introduced by Mre Caster. An Ordinance to provide for
<br />the issuance of a note in anticipation of the levy of special assessments and
<br />in anticipation cf the issuarce of bonds to pay the property ownerst portion of
<br />the cost cf improving Barton Road and certain other streets by installing therein
<br />water mains and necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Caster
<br />moved for suspension nt the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordi-
<br />nance, seconded by Mr, Manganio Aftirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz,
<br />Hodgins, Mangani. Mre Caster then moved for adoption of the ordinance, seconded

<br />assessments for the construction of certain described sidewalks in the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergencyo Mr. Caster moved for suspension
<br />of the rule requiring three separate readings of the ordinance, seconded by Mr.
<br />Mangani. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Mangani, Mr. Caster

<br />the issuance of a note in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose
<br />of acquiring right-of-way for Great Northern Boulevard, and declaring an emergency.
