An Ordinance to provide for <br />the issuance of a note in anticipation of the levy of special assessments and <br />in anticipation cf the issuarce of bonds to pay the property ownerst portion of <br />the cost cf improving Barton Road and certain other streets by installing therein <br />water mains and necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergency.
