Mr. <br />Mangani moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, <br />Mangani. Mr. Mangani moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative <br />vote was Caster, Elan, Foltz, Hodgins, Mangani. <br />Resolution No. 66-195 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the Kiesel Subdivision. <br />Ordlnance No. 66-196 was introduced by Mr. Caster and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept a deed to land from the developers <br />of City Line Subdivision No 2, said land to be used for recreational purposes <br />and further to enter into an agreement for other land adjacent to the aforesaid <br />land to be used for recreational purposes, said agreement to be in the form of an <br />easement permitting the City of North Olmsted this use for recreational purposes. <br />Ordinance No. 66-197 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Title Nine, Chapter 1151, Section 1151.02, Paragraph A, <br />entitled "Use in Two-Family Residence District" amd Title Nine, Chapter 1151, <br />Section 1151.03, Paragraph A, entitled "Use in Multiple Residence District" of <br />Ordinance No. Ordinance No, 62-33 (Zoninq Code of the City of North Olmsted) all <br />relating to "Residence Districts". It was'fihen referred'to;the'Plahning Commission; <br />Ordinance No. 66-198 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An Ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. <br />236-4-33 being an assessment for sidewalk construction, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Mangani moved for suspension of the rule requiring three separate <br />readings, seconded by Mr. Eian. Affirmative vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins <br />Mangani. Affirma- <br />tive vote was Caster, Eian, Foltz, Hodgins, Mangani. <br />Ordinance No. 66-200 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance amending the Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known <br />as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted), by changing the designa- <br />tion thereof of certain land hereinafter described by metes and bounds from its <br />present designation thereon as Single Residence A to Multiple Residence. ifi <br />was then referred to the Planning Commission for recommendations.
